Welcome to Tiny Tails Retreat Pet Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, booking services, or using our pet care and transportation services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Services Provided
Tiny Tails Retreat Pet Services provides non-medical pet transportation and pet care services, which may include pet shuttle services, full-service veterinary visit support, pet sitting, walking, feeding, non-medical medication assistance, wellness check-ins, and other customized pet care services. We do not provide veterinary or medical services.
Booking & Scheduling
All services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Appointment times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, routing, weather, or the needs of other clients. Same-day or last-minute requests may not be available.
Client Responsibilities
By booking services, you confirm that your pet is safe to handle and transport, is up to date on vaccinations as recommended by your veterinarian, and that all relevant behavioral, medical, and care information has been disclosed. Accurate contact and emergency contact information must be provided.
Transportation & Safety
Pets are transported using secured seat belts, carriers, or crates based on safety needs and owner preference. Reasonable care is taken to ensure pet safety and comfort; however, clients acknowledge that transportation and pet handling carry inherent risks.
Veterinary Visits
For full-service veterinary visits, Tiny Tails Retreat Pet Services acts only as a client-designated support person. All medical decisions and outcomes are the responsibility of the pet owner and licensed veterinarian. Veterinary fees and medical treatment costs are not included in service fees.
Payment Terms
Payment is due prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Pricing may vary based on distance, duration, additional pets, waiting time, or special accommodations. Additional services requested may result in added charges.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee. Emergency situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Communication & Consent
If you opt in to receive text messages from Tiny Tails Retreat, we may send you messages related to bookings, appointments, services, or customer support. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. We do not share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Tiny Tails Retreat Pet Services is not responsible for illness, injury, or conditions arising from pre-existing issues, pet behavior, or circumstances beyond our control, including traffic or weather delays. Liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the service provided.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if a pet poses a safety risk, information provided is inaccurate or incomplete, or conditions violate these Terms & Conditions.

All website content is provided for informational purposes only. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is prohibited.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
